A message from the Weber family

I'm Patrice Weber, the proud owner of Portland Assisted Living and Memory Center in Portland, MI. I've been working in the medical field for over 15 years, and I ran a large internal medicine facility for five years before opening this senior living community.

My credentials include...

Formal education in business administration and public health
Certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) for over nine years
Certifications in Alzheimer's disease and dementia care
Continual training in OSHA, HIPPA and diabetic care

Running this adult foster care center has been such a privilege - my family and I have created lasting bonds with our many residents, families, caseworkers, nurses and physicians. Plus, I've been able to give back to the community where I grew up.

I currently live in Eagle, MI with my husband Darren and our four beautiful children.
